We are organizing a backpack drive to support families in the Durham Region who face financial barriers when preparing their children for the school year.
Quality backpacks are essential for students to carry books, supplies, and materials safely, yet many households struggle to afford this basic necessity alongside other back-to-school expenses.
Your donation directly helps bridge this gap. For just $10, you provide one child with a durable backpack - removing a significant financial burden from families and ensuring every student starts the school year equipped and ready to learn.
Backpacks will be distributed on August 30th in Courtice (pickup location details to follow).
